Cookies and browser storage
Cookies and similar browser storage can maintain a session, remember a choice or measure website use. Essential storage is used for authentication, security and privacy preferences. It cannot be disabled through our optional-cookie controls, although your browser can block it; some account functions may then stop working.
Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity is our optional analytics provider. It can use _clck (visitor preferences and identifier, up to one year) and _clsk (page views within a session, up to one day), along with Microsoft service cookies as documented by Microsoft. Clarity collects interaction and device information for recordings and heatmaps. Strict masking is applied to page text. On colombietravel.com, Clarity loads only when analytics is permitted. It never loads on the test website or account, sign-in and password pages. Where consent is required or the region cannot be confirmed, neither cookies nor cookieless Clarity requests are sent before analytics acceptance.
Regional choices and advertising
We request optional-cookie choices in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States, and when location cannot be reliably determined. Outside those regions, ordinary analytics may operate without a banner unless you have refused or an applicable opt-out signal is active. Advertising remains off unless explicitly accepted; no advertising tag is currently configured. Region detection uses the site's same-origin network country response, not precise geolocation. A failed or unrecognized response always requires a choice.
Saved preferences and withdrawal
The ct_cookie_consent browser record remembers your choices for up to six months. It records a browser identifier, date, approximate country, policy version, the notice shown and separate analytics and advertising choices. Withdrawals retain earlier local choice evidence. Reject is as accessible as Accept, and Cookie settings in the footer lets you change your choices at any time. Global Privacy Control overrides optional acceptance. Withdrawal stops future optional measurement; it does not automatically erase information already lawfully collected. Contact us if you wish to request deletion.
Other storage and external tools
Account session storage maintains your sign-in. Review caching may remember authentic Google review data. Campaign attribution in ct_attribution is stored only after advertising acceptance and is cleared when advertising is refused. Links to WhatsApp, social networks and Google Maps are governed by those providers after you follow them. Manage additional browser storage using your browser's site-data controls.
